Cancellation Policy
NEW CLIENTS & CONSULTATIONS Mandatory Requirement: All new clients must book a "New Client Consultation" before scheduling an installation. We cannot perform luxury installs on hair we have not analyzed. Incorrect Booking Policy: Any installation booked by a new client without a prior consultation will be cancelled. The deposit will be refunded minus a 5% administrative processing fee. Consultation Fee: The consultation fee ($50) is for professional analysis/time and is separate from the installation price. It is not credited toward your future service balance. PRISTINE HAIR SALON: OFFICIAL SALON POLICY SECTION 1: LUXURY EXTENSION SERVICES (Applies to K-Tips, I-Tips, Wefts, and Tape-Ins) 1. DEPOSITS & REMAINING BALANCE To secure your appointment and custom hair order, a deposit is required at the time of booking. • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of your service is due on the day of your appointment before the service begins. • Non-Refundable: Because this hair is custom-ordered specifically for you immediately upon booking, all deposits are 100% non-refundable. We cannot offer cash refunds once the hair has been purchased from our vendors. 2. RESCHEDULING & TRANSFERS • Transferable: Your deposit is 100% transferable to a new date if you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. • Late Rescheduling: Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $200 Re-Booking Fee before a new date is confirmed. 3. CANCELLATIONS • If you cancel your service entirely and do not wish to re-book, the deposit is forfeited. However, the hair belongs to you. You may schedule a time to pick up your unopened custom hair package from the salon within 7 days. SECTION 2: GENERAL SALON SERVICES (Applies to Silk Presses, Treatments, Color, and Maintenance Appointments) 1. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any general service appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice ("No-Show") will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Future appointments will not be accepted until this fee is paid. 2. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY We respect your time and the time of the client after you. • There is a 15-minute grace period. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened to fit the remaining time. A late fee or full cancellation fee may apply depending on the service type. 3. SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS We strive for perfection. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon or within 48 hours. We are happy to offer a corrective adjustment, but we do not offer cash refunds on services rendered.
